Once the purchase process is completed; an ownership certifcate would be issued to the Subscriber, whilst a LP05 form outlining the subscriber’s contribution in the LP will also be submitted to the Companies House for update of public record. Companies House usually takes 14 to 21 working days to update its records and show the subscriber’s contribution in the public register.
